## Description

## What to know

If you’re updating several interior doors at once, a coordinated set can keep bedrooms and bathrooms consistent. If privacy is the priority, these Amerdeco levers pair a simple interior push-button lock with an exterior emergency release.

The 8-pack has a Champagne Bronze finish and a modern lever profile that suits a range of interior styles. Zinc alloy construction with brass components gives each handle a substantial material base for everyday room-to-room use.

Use the privacy function on bedroom or bathroom doors: press the button on the inside to lock, then use the outside release hole to open the door without a key. Buyers often praise the appearance, installation, and operation, feedback on the exact shade of Champagne Bronze is mixed.

## Quick sizing guide

Match the handles to a door between 1-3/8" and 1-3/4" thick. The adjustable latch supports either a 2-3/8" or 2-3/4" backset, so check the existing door setup when replacing a handle. These measurements help you assess fit before starting, without requiring changes to the door frame for a suitable replacement.

## Getting the most from it

For a multi-room update, use the set to give several interior doors a consistent finish and lever style. The handles are designed for indoor use and have an ambidextrous orientation, making them suitable for left- or right-hand door setups. Their privacy lock is intended for rooms where occupants need a simple way to secure the door from inside, rather than a keyed entry function.

Installation is designed as a DIY task with a screwdriver. When replacing existing hardware, compare the door thickness and latch backset with the sizing guide first, then follow the installation steps for the handle. For a door where someone may accidentally lock themselves in, the exterior release hole provides access using a needle, without a key.

Compared with choosing individual handles room by room, an 8-pack offers a consistent finish across multiple doors. Buyers also commonly describe the handles as easy to install and note that the lock operates smoothly. Their comments on color differ, so the Champagne Bronze finish is best considered as a specific design choice alongside the other finishes and hardware already in the space.

## What to clarify

**How does the privacy lock work?** Press the button on the inside to lock the door. The outside has an emergency release hole that can be opened with a needle if the door is accidentally locked.

**Will these fit my interior door?** They are made for doors from 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" thick and an adjustable latch backset of 2-3/8" or 2-3/4". Compare those measurements with your door before installation.

**Can I install them on left- or right-hand doors?** The handles are listed as ambidextrous, and installation is designed for DIY use with a screwdriver.

## Buying verdict

For a coordinated bedroom or bathroom hardware update, this Amerdeco set brings together eight matching Champagne Bronze privacy levers, a keyless push-button lock, and an emergency release. Its adjustable latch and stated door-thickness range make it a practical choice when the existing door measurements match.
