Benefits
Built for steady forward motion, the foam midsole claims a 67 percent energy return according to the manufacturer, which helps propel your stride and reduce perceived effort. The wear-resistant rubber outsole improves traction on wet surfaces, so short loops or commutes feel more secure.
Usage tips
It’s a great fit if you want a lightweight trainer that still feels bouncy and supportive. Try them for daily road runs, gym sessions, and long walks where cushioning and low weight matter. Keep in mind that the listed weight applies to size 6, so expect slight variation by size.
These sneakers also include a mesh-covered EVA insole that offers arch contouring to reduce fatigue during long standing periods. Pair them with breathable socks for best ventilation and replace insoles only with same-thickness options to preserve fit and rocker performance.
