## Description

For bakers making Dubai-style chocolate or adding pistachio to desserts, Alkis Pistachio Cream offers a ready-to-use filling in a bulk 2.2 lb (1 kg) tub. Its smooth texture makes it easy to incorporate into recipes. With 35% pistachio, it brings pistachio flavor to chocolate bars, cakes, ice cream, and more.

## Key takeaways
The cream is made with natural ingredients and Turkish pistachios. It is gluten-free and contains no artificial sweeteners, food coloring, preservatives, or trans fats. The 2.2 lb (1 kg) size gives home bakers and dessert makers a larger format for preparing multiple treats or keeping a pistachio filling on hand.

The airtight plastic bucket is designed to preserve freshness between uses. Customers often praise the flavor and smooth texture, and some mention using it for Kanafeh and Dubai-style treats. Feedback on consistency varies, with some describing it as runny, so consider how you want the filling to behave in your recipe.

## Getting the most from it
Keep the bucket sealed between uses to help preserve the cream’s freshness. A larger tub is useful when a recipe calls for pistachio filling across several portions, or when you want to use the same ingredient in different desserts. Compared with making a pistachio filling from whole nuts, this cream provides a prepared option that can be added directly to a recipe.

## How to use it
For Dubai-style chocolate bars, use the cream as a pistachio layer or filling. It also works in cakes, ice cream, milk-based desserts, and other sweets. For a simple dessert, spoon it into a cake or milk dessert, or swirl it through ice cream. Its smooth, creamy texture helps it blend into recipes where pistachio flavor is part of the filling or mix-in.

It suits you if you want one pistachio cream for several dessert projects rather than a product intended for only one recipe. The tub format also works well for preparing a batch of treats, while the ingredient’s stated gluten-free status can be useful when planning desserts for gluten-free diets.

## Questions before you buy
**Is this pistachio cream gluten-free?** Yes. The product is described as gluten-free, making it suitable for recipes where that ingredient requirement matters.

**Can I use it for Dubai chocolate bars?** Yes. It is specifically presented for Dubai-style chocolate and can be used as a pistachio filling. It is also suitable for cakes, ice cream, and milk-based desserts.

**How is the cream packaged?** It comes in an airtight plastic bucket intended to help preserve freshness. Seal it after use to keep the cream stored in its tub.

## When it makes sense
Choose Alkis Pistachio Cream when you want a bulk pistachio filling for Dubai-style chocolate, Kanafeh, or a range of homemade desserts. Its 35% pistachio content, smooth texture, and multi-recipe uses make the 2.2 lb (1 kg) tub a practical fit for baking and dessert-making beyond a single treat.
