## Description

## What stands out

At 13 inches deep, 15 inches wide, and 27.6 inches high, the AKYEN AKDRBK-US06 uses a compact A-frame to store dumbbells vertically. Its alloy steel construction and five tiers give a home workout area a dedicated place for weights without the footprint of a long, horizontal rack.

The rack has a maximum weight capacity of 480 lb and is designed for dumbbells from 1 to 30 lb, including neoprene and hex styles. Rubber padding at the slots helps protect the weights and your hands as you put them away, while rubber-covered feet help protect the floor.

Need to keep workout gear organized close to where you train? The upright layout can fit beside a wall or in a corner, keeping dumbbells together and within reach between sets. At 13 lb, the stand is also easy to reposition when you want to adjust your training area.

## Key takeaways

This five-tier stand is built around practical home-gym storage: a stable A-frame, a compact footprint, and slots made for accessible loading and unloading. Its stated 480 lb capacity supports a substantial set of dumbbells, while the progressive spacing is intended for 1–30 lb weights. The product description also notes flexible arrangements for combinations up to 35 lb.

Compared with a horizontal rack, the A-frame approach prioritizes vertical storage and a smaller floor area. That makes it useful when you want to keep a set organized in a corner or alongside other home-gym equipment rather than dedicate a longer stretch of floor to weight storage.

Buyer feedback often highlights the rack’s sturdy feel and straightforward assembly. Opinions about fit and size vary, especially for medium and larger dumbbells, so the listed weight range and the shape of your weights are useful details to consider together.

## Practical tips

Choose a spot where you can reach each tier comfortably, then keep your dumbbells grouped by weight for easier selection during a workout. The rubber-covered feet are designed to help protect the floor, and the padded slots help prevent contact between the dumbbells and the rack as you store them. The manufacturer describes assembly as a quick setup and says tools and instructions are provided.

## Before you decide

**What is the rack’s maximum weight capacity?** It is rated to hold up to 480 lb. This is the rack’s stated capacity, select dumbbells that also fit the intended slot layout.

**Which dumbbells is it designed to hold?** The five-tier rack is designed for 1–30 lb dumbbells, including neoprene and hex styles. It is not suitable for Peloton dumbbells.

**What are the rack’s dimensions?** It measures 13 inches deep by 15 inches wide by 27.6 inches high, giving you a clear footprint to plan around in a home workout space.

## Final verdict

For a home gym that needs organized dumbbell storage without giving up much floor space, the AKDRBK-US06 pairs a compact A-frame design with five tiers, padded slots, and a 480 lb capacity. It’s especially suited to keeping compatible 1–30 lb dumbbells accessible and off the floor between workouts.
