## Description

A slim tablet cover suits everyday carry, while a stand and a dedicated Pencil holder make it easier to switch between viewing, typing, and keeping an accessory close. This Akkerds case combines those functions in a matcha green design for select iPad Air models. Its tri-fold cover offers two stand positions, and the magnetic cover supports automatic sleep and wake.

## Tech summary
- Type: Tri-fold iPad Air case
- Color: Matcha green
- Material: Soft PU exterior with a TPU interior
- Features: Built-in Pencil holder, auto sleep/wake, two stand positions
- Compatible devices: iPad Air 11-inch M4, M3, and M2 models, iPad Air 10.9-inch 5th and 4th generation

The soft TPU interior is designed to hold the tablet and cover its back and corners, while the front cover folds into a stand. Choose the viewing position for hands-free video or reading, or set it in the typing position for messaging and other on-screen tasks. When the cover opens or closes, its built-in magnetic strip activates the sleep/wake function, so you can get to the screen by opening the case and cover it again when finished.

## Requirements
This case fits iPad Air 11-inch models M4, M3, and M2, as well as 10.9-inch iPad Air 5th and 4th generation models. Supported model numbers are A3459, A3460, A3463, A3266, A3267, A3270, A2902, A2903, A2904, A2588, A2589, A2591, A2324, A2072, A2316, and A2325. Check the model number on the back of your iPad before choosing the case, it is not designed for other devices.

The built-in holder keeps a compatible Apple Pencil stored with the tablet and can support charging for Pencil Pro, Apple Pencil (USB-C), and Apple Pencil (2nd generation) while stored. The Pencil is sold separately. This setup is useful when moving between rooms or packing the iPad for a day out, as the stylus has a dedicated place instead of being carried loose.

## Getting the most from it
For video, reading, or a call, fold the cover into the viewing position to keep the display upright without holding the tablet. For typing or messaging, use the other stand position, the tri-fold design forms a base to support that setup. The two positions make the case practical for alternating between leisure and desk tasks, while the Pencil holder keeps a frequently used accessory close at hand.

Buyers often praise the fit, appearance, and everyday protective feel, while feedback on durability and the magnetic hold is mixed. These experiences are individual, but they can help set expectations when choosing a case. To get the intended fit, match the case to the iPad’s model number, then use the cover’s folds to position the screen for the task at hand.

## When it makes sense
This case is a useful match for iPad Air owners who want a cover that also works as a two-position stand and keeps a compatible Pencil alongside the tablet. The soft interior, corner coverage, magnetic sleep/wake cover, and matcha green finish bring protection and everyday convenience together in one accessory. It suits routines that move between hands-free viewing, typing, and carrying the iPad with its stylus stored in one place.
