## Description

Choosing a treadmill for a home office is different from setting up a dedicated workout area. The Abonow 3000W is a compact walking pad designed for under-desk use, with wheels for moving it between sessions.

Its manual 8% incline adds a climbing-style option, while speeds from 0.5 to 4.0 mph cover walking and light jogging.

An LED display and remote control keep speed and workout metrics within easy reach as you move.

## Quick sizing guide

The pad measures 43.3 inches deep, 18.1 inches wide, and 3.9 inches high, with a listed weight of 34 pounds. Its low profile and wheeled base make it practical to move and store under a desk, bed, or in a closet when it is not in use. Since it is designed for home and office exercise, it can fit into a routine that uses the same space for work and walking.

For a typical workday session, place the pad beneath a standing desk and use the remote to adjust your pace without reaching down to the machine. The compact format prioritizes walking and jogging in a shared room, rather than the footprint of a dedicated exercise setup.

## What stands out

The 8% manual incline lets you add an uphill walking position, and the speed range supports several paces: a working mode from 0.6 to 1.5 mph, a walking mode from 0.6 to 2.5 mph, and a running mode from 2.5 to 4.0 mph. The incline is manual, so set it before starting your session.

The LED display tracks speed, distance, time, and calories burned. Use the remote control to change speed while walking, keeping routine adjustments close at hand. The running belt has a five-layer anti-slip design, and six silicone shock absorbers are built into the pad to cushion movement.

How much room should a workday walking setup take? This model combines a slim 3.9-inch profile with wheels, making it easier to move aside than a larger, stationary treadmill. Buyers describe setup and everyday use positively, while feedback is mixed on noise and remote-control operation, some also report durability problems. These experiences are useful context when weighing convenience against a more substantial home-gym setup.

For people choosing between a compact under-desk format and a larger treadmill intended to stay set up, the Abonow 3000W puts space-conscious daily movement first.
