100pointONE 72 x 48-Inch Outdoor Doormat, Woven Polypropylene, Low Profile

Choosing an entry mat often comes down to whether you need a small spot by the door or a broader surface to catch dirt and moisture across a busy entrance. The 100pointONE mat measures 72 x 48 inches, giving front doors, porches, patios, and other entryways a generous rectangular area.

Its woven polypropylene surface has deep grooves designed to catch dirt, mud, and moisture from shoes and paws. A low 0.3-inch profile helps the mat fit into everyday entryways, while its non-slip backing is designed to keep it in place on surfaces such as tile, hardwood, marble, and concrete.

What stands out

The textured woven top makes this mat useful where outdoor debris regularly comes indoors. Deep grooves collect dirt and moisture at the entrance, and a beveled border with a retention dam helps contain excess water. That makes it a practical choice for a porch or patio door used throughout rainy or snowy weather, as well as for indoor entry areas that need a wider landing zone.

The mat is designed for indoor and outdoor use and is described as weather resistant and fade resistant. Its low profile can help doors open and close without catching on the edge. The grey, rectangular design also suits a straightforward entryway setup without drawing attention away from the surrounding space. Buyers have praised its appearance and described it as well made and durable, making those qualities part of its appeal for a frequently used entrance.

Compared with a compact mat that covers only the area immediately in front of a door, this 72 x 48-inch format gives shoes and paws more room to land before entering. It can also serve wider entrances and high-traffic areas in residential or commercial settings.

Key takeaways

The mat has a woven polypropylene top, a rectangular shape, and a 0.3-inch thickness. At 72 x 48 inches, it covers a broad entry area, while its dirt-trapping grooves and water-resistant construction are suited to everyday use near an exterior door. The non-slip backing is designed for a range of common flooring and entry surfaces.

For example, place it outside a frequently used porch door to create a larger surface for wiping shoes before people step inside. It can also be used indoors at a wide entryway where a standard-size doormat leaves more floor exposed. The grey color and modern style keep the look simple while the textured surface does the practical work.

How to take care of it

For routine cleanup, shake or tap the mat to release loose debris, then sweep or vacuum the surface. When it needs a deeper rinse, use a garden hose and hang it in a ventilated area to dry. These straightforward care options make it easier to clear away the dirt and moisture that gather at an active entrance.
