## Description

This compact mini projector brings film nights to smaller living rooms and outdoor gatherings with easy setup and phone connectivity, combining portability with a cinema-style feel. It is presented as a handy portable mini projector for movie nights, offering a crisp image thanks to a native 720p panel and support for Full HD 1080p input, according to the manufacturer.

## Key Points

The unit aims to deliver bright, colourful images with a contrast ratio of 5000:1 and a native resolution of 1280 × 720. The product listing also highlights high brightness, with one claim mentioning 15000 lumens, while the manufacturer text specifies 5000 lumens, a difference worth noting when comparing lamps and specification sheets. This projector is compact and easy to move between rooms, and it works with phones and other simple sources for casual viewing. 🍿

The picture quality is most noticeable on medium to large flat surfaces where ambient light can be controlled. Colours tend to look more vivid in dimmer conditions, and the contrast ratio helps preserve shadow detail in darker scenes. For family movie nights or casual gaming evenings, the projector can offer an immersive feel without the space requirements of a large TV. 🎮

## Technical Specifications

- Name: **YOTON Y3 Mini Projector**
- Native resolution: 1280 × 720 (720p)
- Supported input: up to 1920 × 1080 (Full HD)
- Brightness: listing includes 15000 lumens, manufacturer specifies 5000 lumens
- Contrast ratio: 5000:1

## Usage Recommendations

Position the projector on a stable surface at the appropriate distance to achieve the screen size you want, and make sure ambient light is reduced for the best perceived contrast. If using a smartphone as the source, check that your phone supports screen mirroring or the chosen connection method, and allow a little time to fine tune focus and keystone for a rectangular image. Consider bringing a lightweight fabric screen or a tightly stretched white sheet when using the unit outdoors, as even modest stray light affects image punch and colour. 📱

Note that brightness figures may vary depending on the measurement method and the environment, and that the resolution is native 720p with support for 1080p input according to the provided information. This can be practical for casual viewing but may not match the pixel density of true native Full HD projectors.
