Yaostarart Paint by Numbers for Adults: Plum Blossom on 12x16 Inch Canvas – Floral Waterfall Kit
Product description
What it is
Yaostarart Paint by Numbers for Adults Flowers is a ready-to-paint kit built around a 12x16 inch HD pre-printed canvas. It comes with paints, brushes, a reference sheet, a thumbnail image and the hooks for hanging. This is a self-contained craft activity designed to deliver a complete oil-paint-by-numbers experience with acrylic paints that are thick, vibrant and quick-drying.
What problem it solves
If you’re looking for a relaxing, achievable creative activity that doesn’t demand art training, this kit provides a guided route to a satisfying finished piece. The high-density, waterproof canvas and the numbered paint system help you stay within bounds while still delivering a decorative result suitable for home display or as a personalised gift.
How it feels to use it
On paper, the process is straightforward: match numbers to colours, apply the paint in layers, and watch the image emerge. The kit includes a set of varying brushes to accommodate detail work and broader areas, which helps you build texture and depth without needing specialist tools. The acrylic paints glide smoothly, blend reasonably well and dry relatively quickly, making progress steady rather than tedious.
What stands out
The plum blossom subject tends to be well-suited for wall decor, and the floral palette can yield a pleasant, soothing result. The kit is positioned as approachable for adults seeking casual crafting or a family activity, while still offering a sense of achievement upon completion.
What may not convince everyone
If you’re aiming for hyper-realistic brushwork or a expert-level finish, this kind of paint-by-numbers approach may feel limiting. The finish depends on how you blend and layer, it’s easy to end up with a flatter look if you’re unhappy with layering or the colour matching isn’t exactly what you expected from the reference image.
Who it’s for
This kit is a sensible pick for adults wanting a low-pressure creative outlet, a gift idea that shows personal effort, or a weekend project that can be shared with family. It suits beginners and casual hobbyists who prefer a guided method over blank canvases.
Who it’s not for
If you require absolute artistic control or plan to produce museum-style canvases, you might prefer other painting approaches. It may also underwhelm if you want large-scale, highly intricate detail beyond standard paint-by-numbers offerings.
When it makes sense to buy
Choose this kit if you want a complete, self-contained painting project with a decorative end result and a pause-friendly craft activity. It’s compatible with gift-giving ideas and can fill gaps in home decor with a personalised touch.
When to skip it
Skip if you expect a premium gallery finish or if you’re seeking a product with extensive fabricating options for canvases of varying texture and depth. If you prefer non-waterproof or non-pre-printed surfaces, this particular kit won’t meet those needs.
What to check before buying
Confirm that you’re happy with a single 12x16 inch composition and a floral subject. Consider how you’ll approach layering and blending with the included brushes and paints, and review whether the reference image aligns with the style you want to achieve in your finished piece.
Practical use example
Imagine a quiet Sunday afternoon: you settle the pre-printed canvas on a table, select the plum-coloured tones, and methodically fill the shapes. The result is a soft, garden-inspired scene you can frame and enjoy or give as a personalised gift to a friend who loves nature.
The verdict in brief
It’s a practical option for those who want a guided painting project that yields a presentable piece for home or gifting, with fewer barriers to entry than starting from a blank canvas.

What stands out in use
If you prioritise a calming, structured activity that ends in a decor-ready painting, this kit ticks those boxes. It isn’t designed to be a high-end art project, but for the right user it offers a clear route to a tangible result and a pleasant day’s craft.
Decision point
What it’s worth for: Relaxed creativity, a decorative finish, family-friendly activity and a personalised gift. What it isn’t: A substitute for professional painting skills or ultra-detailed canvases. If those caveats match what you want, this kit is worth considering.
