XXGO XG3105U 105-piece triangle sanding pads kit 🛠

This triangular sanding kit brings versatile finishing options for detail work and corners, combining multiple grit levels to smooth, shape and remove material on wood, metal and painted surfaces. If you need a compact assortment for renovation, craft projects or carpentry touch-ups, this 105-piece kit includes a wide grit range and adapters for many oscillating multi-tools to get jobs moving more quickly.

Key Points

The kit contains assorted sanding sheets sized for triangular multi-tool attachments, so you can reach tight angles and edges where regular discs struggle. It includes coarse grits for rapid stock removal and finer grits for smoothing prior to sealing or painting, which helps reduce time spent swapping consumables during a session. 🛠️

Compatibility is broad with many popular brands such as Bosch, Makita and DeWalt among others, making the set convenient for users with different power tools. However, consider that the manufacturer recommends light pressure and low speed when using finger sanding pads to avoid overheating the abrasive and premature wear. 🔧

Usage Recommendations

Start with the coarser grits to remove old finishes or shape edges, then progress to the finer grits for a smoother surface ready for primer or varnish. For delicate work, fit the finger pads and work at low speed with light pressure to maintain control and extend abrasive life. For tight corners and mouldings, the triangular sheets help access acute angles where round pads cannot, so alternate between sheet and finger formats as the task requires.

A practical approach is to keep a fresh fine-grit sheet available for final passes so that dust and clogging do not compromise the finish. Consider wear of consumables during prolonged sanding; carrying a small supply of the most-used grits will prevent interruptions. Note that the set is not compatible with certain specific tool models listed by the manufacturer, so verify tool fit if you use specialised oscillating heads.
