## Description

This metal caulking gun from WORKPRO mixes durability with user control, handling standard 10 oz cartridges for sealant and adhesive work around the home or on-site. It offers two thrust ratio modes so you can choose higher force for thicker adhesives or lower flow for acrylic sealants, and it is built to reduce drips and ease manoeuvring in tight spots.

## Highlights

The gun’s two thrust ratios are simple to change by moving the trigger handle, with an 18:1 high setting for adhesive compounds and a 9:1 low setting for acrylics. A red control button provides two behaviours, one to cut off flow for tidy transitions and another to keep constant pressure when you need continuous application. The half-barrel frame and rotating shaft make it straightforward to reach awkward corners and narrow joints without twisting your wrist excessively.

## Technical details

- Name: WORKPRO Metal Silicone Caulking Gun with 2 Thrust Ratio Modes
- Type: Cartridge caulking gun
- Capacity: 10oz
- Material: Metal frame with ergonomic plastic handle
- Force Transmission: 9:1 and 18:1

## Why it makes sense

The smooth round rod with spring‑loaded thumb release gives finer control than a ratchet design, so you use less force and get quieter operation. A built-in puncture tool helps clear clogged nozzles quickly. The trigger has a cushioned grip for longer tasks, which reduces hand fatigue during continuous application.

## Getting the most from it

It’s a good fit if you need a robust manual gun that adapts between thicker adhesives and thinner sealants, and if you value neat work thanks to the drip control. Bear in mind that this is a manual tool and heavy‑duty industrial jobs may still require powered dispensers. For routine sealing, glazing and bonding around the home or site, the gun gives reliable control and straightforward maintenance. 😊🔧🧰.
