Why it makes sense
The upgraded motor delivers around 1100rpm no-load speed which, according to the manufacturer, supports up to 80 minutes of no-load operation after a 3 to 5 hour charge. Blades are described as premium steel, so wear resistance is prioritised for routine maintenance rather than heavy commercial use. The safety lock plus trigger arrangement reduces accidental starts and keeps single-handed operation straightforward.
Getting the most from it
Lightweight at 370g without blades, the unit slips into tight borders and raised beds easily, and the ergonomic handle helps cut down on hand fatigue during longer sessions. It’s a practical choice if you want a small cordless tool for shaping shrubs, trimming hedges up to 7.95mm thick and tidying lawn edges. It’s a good fit if you prefer compact gardening kit that is simple to switch between jobs without extra attachments.
What’s included
The pack contains the hedge trimmer/grass shear main unit, one grass blade, one shrub blade and a Type-C charging cable. Note that a charging brick is not included, so you will need a compatible USB charger to recharge the battery.
