## Description

This long line lead from Wolfone gives you extended control at a distance while keeping your dog visible and connected during outdoor activities. Its 9 metre length and waterproof PVC coating mean it works well in wet conditions and sandy environments, helping with recall practice and general off-lead training when you want both freedom and control.

## Key Points

The lead has a 360 degree alloy zinc rotating buckle that helps prevent tangles during movement and when the line is coiled. The outer layer is waterproof PVC over a high-density nylon core, so it dries quickly and resists odours after contact with water or mud. 🐾

A silicone anti-slip coating improves grip when your hands are wet or when the line is under tension, which can make handling more comfortable during longer sessions. The product comes in several colours and multiple lengths, giving choices for different training distances and visibility needs. 🌊

Consider that while the materials increase durability and water resistance, the lead is not chew-proof. Playful or strongly teething dogs may still damage the outer layer over time, according to the manufacturer.

## Technical Specifications

- Name: **Wolfone Black 9m Long Line Lead**
- Length: - 9 m
- Material: - PVC-coated high-density nylon with silicone anti-slip coating
- Buckle: - 360° rotating alloy zinc buckle
- Colours available: - black (also offered in blue, viridian green, pink, yellow, orange, military green)

## Benefits

The waterproof finish keeps the line from absorbing moisture and grit so it stays lighter after a swim or muddy walk. This makes it simpler to rinse and wipe dry, which reduces lingering smells and the need for deep cleaning after each outing. The circular buckle reduces twisting and the risk of tangles while your dog circles or runs back and forth.

Because the core is high-density nylon, the lead handles higher pull forces than very thin cords. This gives a more secure feeling on longer lines and can help when practising recalls at distance. The anti-slip silicone coating supports a firmer hold during wet weather and active sessions. ⚓

## Usage Recommendations

Use the 9 metre length when you want to increase the radius your dog can explore while still maintaining control, for example during recall exercises on beaches, fields or large yards. Coil the lead neatly between sessions to reduce wear on the buckle area, and wipe the PVC surface with a damp cloth after exposure to salt water or heavy mud to prolong the finish. Avoid leaving the lead within reach of persistent chewers and inspect the stitching and hardware regularly for signs of fatigue.
