It features an adjustable mechanism, a durable roof, a sturdy wire frame, and a wide opening for easy refills. The design aims to keep seed dry and accessible, helping you observe visiting birds from indoors or on the patio. ## Key features This feeder holds up to 1.2kg of bird seed and measures 20 x 20 x 20 cm, offering a practical balance between capacity and compact footprint. The tray includes drain holes to help keep food dry on wet days, while the top shade protects the seed from heavy rain. The clear plastic construction makes it easy to check seed levels at a glance. Cleaning is simplified by a wide mouth and a design that retracts to reduce height, exposing the bottom for easier cleaning. ## How it works in practice Hang or place the feeder where birds can reach easily from a window or deck. The adjustable element allows you to shift access or coverage as needed, which can be useful across seasons or varying weather. Seeds are visible through the clear plastic, so you’ll know when a refill is due. Easy access for refills also means less mess and more consistent feeding for visiting birds. ## What stands out (pros) - Keeps food drier thanks to drain holes and a protective roof. - Large-capacity yet compact footprint, 1.2 kg of seed capacity is helpful for regular feeding. - Clear plastic for quick seed level checks, plus easy to refill and clean. - Simple, durable plastic construction that’s designed for outdoor use. ## Potential limitations (cons) - Material is plastic, which may wear over time in very exposed or harsh conditions. Not as long-lasting as metal equivalents in extreme climates. - The product’s performance depends on proper hanging height and position, if placed low or in a sheltered corner, birds may be less inclined to feed. - No specific mounting hardware is described, so you may need to source compatible fixings suitable for your space. ## Who it’s for If you enjoy watching garden birds from indoors or from a terrace, and you want a straightforward, easy-to-clean feeder with a decent seed capacity, this model could fit well. It’s suitable for casual birdwatchers who prioritise simple maintenance and a clear view of seed levels. ## Who it isn’t the best for If you’re looking for a premium, long-lasting feeder with metal components or high-end anti-squirrel features, this plastic option may feel average in longevity. It may also not be ideal if you live in a very windy or harsh climate where a more rugged build is preferable. ## When it makes sense to buy Consider this feeder if you want a practical, family-friendly option that’s easy to use and inspect daily. It’s sensible for keeping seed dry on rainy days and helps you enjoy frequent bird visits without constant refills. ## What to check before buying - Confirm your intended hanging or placement location allows for easy refilling and a clear view of seeds. - Consider whether the species you attract will benefit from capacity around 1.2 kg of seed. - Think about your climate, a plastic feeder is versatile, but harsher conditions may affect durability. ## How it compares to alternatives (implicit) For a straightforward, affordable feeder, this plastic model offers clear visibility and simple maintenance as a practical baseline. If you want a more robust build or advanced features (eg. anti-squirrel mechanisms or heavier-duty materials), you might lean toward other designs. If you prioritise ease of cleaning and refill convenience, this model’s wide mouth and retractable bottom design are helpful. ## Final decision Is it worth it? Worth considering if you want a no-fuss, easy-to-maintain outside feeder that keeps seed dry and lets you watch birds from indoors or a deck. It may not be the ultimate choice for extreme weather or heavy-duty use, but it delivers solid value for casual, everyday bird feeding. ## FAQ - How much seed can it hold? Up to 1.2 kg. - Is it easy to clean? Yes, with a wide mouth and retractable bottom for better access. - Will it keep seeds dry on rainier days? The design includes a roof and drain holes to help manage moisture. ## Images ![WLLKOO Bird Feeders for Outside – Adjustable Plastic Feeder with Sturdy Wire and Roof — 1](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/rWF79taAamsMbWNIPmDAhg8avSEdz7l2zTgLClRYdP0OY_yvjw993iNamn4Uc4BeBXhvPRRB9GqchNiWJhaMv2G0vp11J-RmKwXfGRkdbN0Iez-UkPpweVS6mg.jpg) ![WLLKOO Bird Feeders for Outside – Adjustable Plastic Feeder with Sturdy Wire and Roof — 2](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/62IqFu9uU203VUG32A3onFF4KXym5guzvAoFwO_DeJUC9j4OJ0aQp6rwvXMbVn51xoDcHL3bfgkjMqEu6le8L5TmgIXutr4oBMIXFvgEGoyBrr8M_ioNDqERKA.jpg) ![WLLKOO Bird Feeders for Outside – Adjustable Plastic Feeder with Sturdy Wire and Roof — 3](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/RDZvo4siRi1biAbLhqovf75MkszaDE9xS94CmLt_S_D1lOlGawBxWbE6la1qHNCjEdxjfKe3mhY_ag2EHYZwtcY6uDa9uqCpRyeT6vNpqXiBeR9ikDdRxVQn_w.jpg) ![WLLKOO Bird Feeders for Outside – Adjustable Plastic Feeder with Sturdy Wire and Roof — 4](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/dukdgKNsADSIsSgUT3GRTwM183d_5rBrhMIZVSXK0rDNNlfMVsYW4fVmewLWbAtehXwd2dRmC9hrQpZ72blcykHPOIC6qYPBSQFk3itpl0Ij1Zia03BU78q9zw.jpg) ![WLLKOO Bird Feeders for Outside – Adjustable Plastic Feeder with Sturdy Wire and Roof — 5](https://www.ofertitastop.com/i/ciOCf7nZkYMFRZmoJx96iAwEALNqTzA8h-PGI5jr9MD3MWWlROaFN1uPdMhI-C9ZPrxohe9HPgIFOn7Mxzg-Lpo4WH55nMqKiSazMT3T7sMalniNsA9WiBjnyw.jpg)
