## Description

This compact USB desk fan from WHATOOK combines a long-lasting battery and fine-grain speed control to keep a personal space cool during work, sleep or travel. With a 5000mAh cell and USB-C fast charging, it is useful for desks, bedside tables and tents where quiet operation and portability matter.

## Key Points

The fan offers continuous adjustment across 100 speed levels via an ergonomic rotary knob, allowing precise airflow for focused work or light sleeping conditions. According to the manufacturer the brushless copper motor reaches noise levels as low as 28 dB, which helps maintain concentration during calls or study. The unit is small and lightweight at 16 x 13 x 3.5 cm and 225 g, so it slips into a bag for camping or fits neatly on a crowded desk. A child-safe grille with 0.6 cm mesh reduces the risk of curious fingers reaching the blades.

## Technical Specifications

## Usage Recommendations

Place the fan on a flat surface and use the rotary control to fine-tune airflow for different activities, for example a low setting for sleeping or higher for outdoor use. The 180 degree adjustable mounting system permits both horizontal placement on a desk and vertical attachment to walls, which makes it versatile in tight spaces such as caravans or small kitchens. Consider the long runtime when planning overnight use, and remember that runtime figures are according to the manufacturer and may vary with real-world conditions.

## Positive Aspects

The LED display shows speed and battery in real time, making it easy to monitor remaining power. Energy consumption is low at 2.8 W, which contributes to modest running costs over time. The fan’s compact Nordic-inspired design and recyclable packaging suit buyers looking for minimal aesthetics and reduced waste. A potential limitation is that the small size means airflow is concentrated for personal cooling rather than cooling a large room.
