WestonBoxes SRA3 Storage Box with Clear Lid, Acid-Free PP, 460 x 330 x 55mm

For storing SRA3 prints, fine art paper or architectural drawings, this WestonBoxes storage box provides a dedicated, flat space for oversized sheets. Its internal dimensions of 460 x 330 x 55mm are sized for SRA3 paper measuring 450 x 320mm, helping keep a stack together with minimal movement. A clear lid makes the contents easy to identify at a glance.

A3 sheets fit too, with more room to move inside the box.

Worth noting

The box is made from a thicker grade of polypropylene, giving its walls rigidity to support oversized sheets without flexing under the weight of a full stack. That firm structure is useful when organising paper that is awkward to store loose, from studio prints to drawings kept ready for reference. The lid keeps the sheets gathered in one place, while the clear plastic lets you see what is stored without opening it.

The polypropylene is acid-free and archival-safe. It is chemically inert and moisture-resistant, making the box suitable for long-term storage of fine art paper, architectural drawings and large-format prints. For paper where storage materials matter, this gives you a purpose-made alternative to simply stacking sheets in an open tray or leaving them loose on a work surface.

WestonBoxes are designed and manufactured in Britain by S.B.Weston Ltd, a family business based in Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey, established in 1948.

Getting the most from it

Use the box for paper you want to keep flat, grouped by project or ready for studio and professional work. SRA3 sheets sit within the stated internal dimensions with minimal movement, while A3 paper also fits and has more space around it. This distinction helps when choosing how to organise mixed formats: keep SRA3 together for a closer fit, or use the same box to hold A3 sheets in one accessible place.

For example, a studio can store a set of large-format prints under the clear lid between stages of a project, while an office can keep architectural drawings together instead of handling individual sheets from a loose pile. The rigid polypropylene walls are designed to support the contents of a full stack, and the acid-free material suits paper intended for archival storage.

How to use it

Place the sheets flat inside the box and fit the clear lid over them. For SRA3, the internal size is 460 x 330 x 55mm and accommodates paper measuring 450 x 320mm. A3 paper can also be stored in the box, with additional room for movement. Keeping each format or project in its own box can make a paper collection easier to identify and organise, while the transparent lid lets you check the contents quickly.

Is it worth it?

If your priority is storing large sheets flat in an acid-free container, this box brings together a close fit for SRA3, space for A3, a clear lid and thicker, rigid polypropylene walls. Its archival-safe material suits fine art paper, prints and architectural drawings, while its British manufacture adds a clear point of provenance. It is a practical choice for studios and workplaces that need oversized paper kept together, visible and ready to use.
