## Description

If you like the idea of a searing surface that also looks good when it lands on the table, this Velaze square cast iron griddle pan leans into that kind of cooking. It’s designed to work like both a griddle/plate and a traditional pan, which is handy when you want one tool for steaks, sausages, fish and veg without faffing around.

That said, it’s still cast iron: brilliant for holding heat, but not the easiest thing to treat like a non-stick tray. Worth considering if you’re happy with a bit of care, and you want results that look and taste more “proper grill” than “quick weekday pan”.
