## Description

## At a glance
These VEHEDE blackout short curtains bring practical room darkening to bedrooms and living spaces, combining a thermal insulated lining and eyelet top for quick hanging. Supplied as two ready made panels, they aim to reduce light and noise while helping to stabilise room temperature, making them a sensible choice for everyday use.

## Technical details
- Name: VEHEDE Blackout Short Curtains
- Size: W46 x L54 Inch
- Format: 2 panels per pack
- Material: 100% polyester
- Colour: Grey

## Benefits
The triple weave fabric claims to block 95% to 99% of sunlight and UV rays according to the manufacturer, which helps protect furnishings from sun damage. The thermal insulation also assists in retaining heat in winter and limiting heat ingress in summer, so you may see modest energy savings. The eyelet header slides easily on poles up to 1.6in diameter and the 4cm inner ring diameter makes fitting straightforward. Note that darker colours typically perform better for blackout.

## How to use it
Hanging is simple, slide the eyelets onto the pole and adjust the drape for even fall. Machine wash cold and tumble dry low if needed, iron on the reverse at low temperature, and avoid bleach or fabric softener. It’s a practical option for café windows, bedrooms or any room where shorter drops suit the window size. It makes sense if you want reliable darkening with minimal fuss and easy care. You may want to skip it if you need full blackout certified for very sensitive sleepers.
