Product description

Key features

These orthotic insoles combine a cork arch, deep heel cup and metatarsal pad to ease common foot complaints such as plantar fasciitis, overpronation and metatarsalgia. The design favours everyday use in trainers or work boots and aims to redistribute pressure across the sole while helping maintain natural foot alignment.

Tech specs

  • Name: VALsole Orthotic Insole
  • Size: UK 6-25cm
  • Material: Cork and supportive foam
  • Colour: Blue
  • Type: Arch support insole

Benefits

The three-point mechanical design lends strong arch support and a deep U heel cradle that helps stabilise the rearfoot. A raised metatarsal area reduces forefoot pressure, which can make walking less tiring. The materials are described as solid but elastic, offering durable support without feeling rock hard.

How to use it

Fit the insoles into shoes that have extra width or removable liners such as trainers, hiking shoes or work boots. Trim to size if needed following the manufacturer guide in the shoe, and test them slowly over a few days while increasing wear time.

It’s a good fit if you experience heel pain or inward rolling of the ankle, and worth considering if you need extra arch support in everyday footwear. Note that support insoles are bulkier than thin liners and may not sit comfortably in very tight shoes.

Care & maintenance

Wipe clean with a damp cloth and allow to air dry away from direct heat. Replace if cushioning or shape degrades over time to retain correct support and comfort.
