## What it works with

These Unigear gloves are made for running and outdoor training, as well as cycling, driving, football and netball. Their thin, close-fitting design gives you a lightweight layer for active use, while the four-way stretch fabric is designed to fit snugly around your hands. The palm’s anti-slip design adds grip for activities where you need to hold equipment or a steering wheel.

Need to check your mobile phone while keeping your hands covered? Conductive fabric at the thumb and forefinger tips on both hands lets you use a touchscreen without taking the gloves off. That makes them a practical choice for a quick phone check between runs or during a training session.

## How to use it

Pull the gloves on so the soft inner lining sits comfortably against your hands and the fingertips align with your thumbs and forefingers. The close fit and stretch fabric help the gloves move with your hands, while the reinforced elastic stitching and updated palm design are intended to address wear at seams and grip areas.

For outdoor exercise in cold conditions, the gloves provide a thermal layer and wick moisture away from the skin. Their liner format suits active use when you want warmth without losing the ability to use your fingers naturally. When you need to operate a touchscreen, use the thumb or forefinger tips, the conductive fabric is built into both gloves for this purpose. If your usual routine involves taking gloves off to use a phone, this design offers a more convenient way to keep your hands covered while checking a device.

### Can I use a touchscreen while wearing them?
Yes. The thumb and forefinger tips on both gloves have conductive fabric, so you can operate a smartphone or another touchscreen device while wearing them.

### Which activities are they intended for?
They are described for running, outdoor training, cycling, driving, football and netball. The lightweight, stretchy construction and anti-slip palm design support active use across these settings.

### What helps them fit comfortably?
The four-way stretch fabric is designed for a snug fit, and the inner lining is soft. Reinforced elastic stitching at the seams is part of the construction.

## Should you buy it?
Choose these Unigear gloves if you want a lightweight thermal liner for running or other outdoor activities, with touchscreen fingertips and an anti-slip palm in the same design. Moisture-wicking fabric supports use during exercise, while the stretch fit and reinforced seams are practical details for regular movement. They are particularly suited to people who want to keep their hands covered while training and still be able to use a phone without removing a glove.
