TUUHAW High Waisted Knickers, UK Size 20, Black, 5 Pack

A five-pack of black high-waisted knickers in UK size 20, with a soft, double-layer cotton liner. The wide, double-layer elasticated waistband offers slight tummy control. Full hip coverage and a high-leg cut make them practical for everyday outfits, including dresses and high-waisted jeans.

Best use cases

These briefs are designed for regular wear when you want a higher waist and fuller coverage than a low-rise style provides. The elasticated high-leg cut is made to cover the hips without buckling or wedging, and to stay in place as you move. That makes them a useful choice beneath dresses and high-waisted jeans, where a higher-rise shape can sit comfortably with the outfit.

The double-layer cotton liner is described as soft, dry and breathable, adding a comfortable layer against the body. The wide, double-layer waistband provides slight control without the feel of a firm shapewear garment. The product is also intended for wear after a C-section, with the waistband designed not to compress the wound. For post-operative wear, follow the advice of your healthcare professional about when and what to wear.

Why it makes sense

The main difference from a standard low-waisted brief is the higher rise: it gives fuller hip coverage and places the waistband above the hips. The elasticated high-leg shape is intended to reduce shifting and bunching during movement, while the wide waistband adds gentle control rather than a heavily structured shaping effect. Together, these details suit everyday dressing when coverage and a smooth, comfortable fit matter more than pronounced compression.

A five-pack also gives you several pairs in the same black colour for a consistent base layer across the week. The heat-printed label is designed to avoid the feel of a separate sewn-in tag, and the cotton liner brings a soft, breathable contact layer. If you are selecting a size, the listing identifies this option as UK 20, corresponding to 3XL in its size guide.

Final verdict

For anyone looking for black full briefs with a higher waist, slight control and a soft cotton liner, this TUUHAW multipack brings those features together in an everyday style. Its full coverage and high-leg cut suit dresses and high-waisted jeans, while the waistband and post-C-section design offer an additional use for customers seeking a higher-rise brief after surgery.
