## Description

This pair of ski gloves from TRENDOUX pairs thermal protection with touchscreen convenience for cold-weather activities such as snowboarding, winter walking and general outdoor use. With multiple insulating layers and a windproof outer, these unisex gloves aim to keep hands warm in very low temperatures while allowing access to phones and devices without removing the gloves.

## Key Points

The gloves include a seven-layer insulation system that combines soft inner velvet, imported 3M Thinsulate and an eco-friendly fibre layer to increase warmth. A windproof back and a water-resistant outer fabric help reduce cold drafts and light moisture, making them practical for slopes and winter commutes. The index finger and thumb use touchscreen-capable material so you can operate a smartphone or action camera without exposing your hands to the cold. There is a small waterproof zipped pocket on the back of the hand for cards or small items, and a thumb scraper helps clear snow and rain from goggles or lenses. A hook-and-loop wrist strap and adjustable cuff help lock in heat and improve fit, and a clip keeps the pair together when not in use.

## Technical Specifications

- **Name: TRENDOUX Waterproof Touchscreen Ski Gloves**
- Insulation: 3M Thinsulate plus multi-layer velvet and eco fibre
- Temperature rating: stated to protect down to -40°F (manufacturer information)
- Features: touchscreen tips on thumb and index, thumb scraper, waterproof zipped pocket
- Fastening: adjustable cuff with hook-and-loop strap and waist belt strap
- Other: anti-loss buckle for hanging and storage

## Usage Recommendations

Use these gloves for skiing, snowboarding, sledging and brisk outdoor walks where dexterity and warmth are both needed. The touchscreen tips permit quick photo captures and short calls without removing the gloves, however prolonged typing on small screens may feel less precise than with bare fingers. The waterproof rating is intended to resist moisture and light snow, so consider a more technical fully waterproof glove for extended immersion or very wet conditions.

## Positive Aspects

The layered insulation design and the inclusion of 3M Thinsulate stand out for cold retention, according to the manufacturer. The zipped pocket adds useful storage for a card or lift pass, and the clip and wrist fastening reduce the chance of losing a glove while changing layers. Note that fit can vary by hand size, so checking size guidance is advisable before selecting a model.
