## Description

This power tower combines an eight-socket mains block with five USB charging ports and a 3 m cable, designed to clear desk clutter and keep multiple devices powered together. It includes a 20 W USB‑C fast charging port for quick top-ups and an integrated night light with three brightness levels, useful for low-light environments like bedrooms or home offices.

## Key Points

The tower delivers mains power to eight AC outlets while offering five USB ports including one USB‑C with up to 20 W output. The USB‑C port supports common fast‑charging voltages, which the manufacturer states can charge compatible phones significantly faster than a standard 5 W adapter. Four independent switches control groups of sockets, allowing selective power to different sections and reducing the need to unplug devices. An adjustable white night light on the unit provides three brightness levels to help navigate dark rooms without a harsh lamp.

## Technical Specifications

- **Name**: **Tower Extension Lead with USB Slots 3M**
- AC rating: 13 A, 3250 W maximum.
- USB outputs: 5 ports total, USB‑C Max 20 W (5 V/3 A, 9 V/2 A, 12 V/1.5 A), USB‑A up to 2.4 A per port.
- Cable length: 3 m.
- Safety: surge protection and CE/FCC certifications according to the manufacturer.

## Advantages

Having eight AC outlets plus five USB charging points reduces the need for multiple adaptors and saves space on a desk or in a living room. The grouped switches make it straightforward to power down non‑essential equipment, helping to cut standby consumption and simplify cable management. The inclusion of a fast 20 W USB‑C port helps charge phones more quickly when time is short, and the night light is a small convenience for late‑night use.

## Usage Recommendations

Place the tower centrally on or under a desk to reach several devices simultaneously, with the 3 m cable offering flexibility in socket placement. Use the independent switches to isolate high‑power devices from low‑power chargers and to reduce electrical load where possible. Consider that fast charging performance depends on the device and cable used, and that the surge protection is designed to reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute protection against extreme power events.
