They are made of polypropylene and aim to keep documents organised with smooth-sliding hangers and printed labelling strips for quick identification.

Key Points

The pack contains 24 hanging folders, four in each colour: blue, orange, purple, pink, turquoise and black. Each folder includes a hanging clip with a sliding plastic bar intended to glide along standard rails with a pitch of about 32 cm to 34 cm, according to the manufacturer. Label cards from A to X are provided to help you mark contents clearly, which can speed up retrieval during busy days. 📁

Practical Tips

For best performance, check that your filing rail spacing is compatible with the stated 32 cm to 34 cm range before fitting the folders. The sliding bars are plastic and designed to reduce snagging, but if you store very heavy stacks of paper consider spreading documents across several folders to avoid strain. Colours help visual sorting, so assign a colour code for subjects or departments to make everyday filing faster. 🎨

Usage Recommendations

Slide the bar gently along the drawer or cabinet rail to avoid forcing the clip, particularly on older or slightly warped rails. The printed label surface makes direct marking simple, although you may prefer to use the supplied label cards for removable identification. These folders work well for A4 invoices, reports and study notes and can be used in both home and small office environments. 🗂

Note that the compatibility advice and measurements come from the product information supplied by the manufacturer, and may require verification against your existing filing hardware.
