## Description

This pooper scooper combines a rake and swivel bin to make outdoor waste collection less awkward and more hygienic. It suits gardens, lawns, dirt or gravel where owners need a hands-free option for small to large dogs, and it helps keep smells contained and insects out.

## Key Points

The tool uses a lightweight extendable handle that reaches up to 36 inches, so you can collect waste without bending over repeatedly. The bin is described as odourless and designed to keep water and bugs away from the contents, which reduces unpleasant smells while you work. The set includes thicker plastic waste bags claimed to be twice the thickness of standard grocery bags, and the scoop assembles quickly by twisting the connecting tube into place. For storage it collapses compactly so it does not take much space in a shed or cupboard. 🐕🌿

## Technical Specifications

- Name: **TIMINGILA Pooper Scooper Swivel Bin & Rake**
- Handle length: up to **36 inches**
- Suitable surfaces: yard, grass, dirt, gravel
- Material: plastic handle, non-breakable components
- Included accessories: waste bags (heavy duty, pack included)

## Benefits

Using this combination rake and bin reduces direct contact with waste and keeps hands away from mess. The swivel mechanism lets you rake and then lift the pan to contain the debris, which can be quicker than single-handed bagging. The lightweight construction is easier to carry around than metal alternatives, and the odour-control design helps when storing full bags for short periods. The thicker bags offer more resistance to tearing when handling heavier deposits or rough outdoor surfaces. 🧰

## Usage Recommendations

When fitting a waste bag to the bin, loop the bag handles around the top rim to secure it before scooping. Rake gently to collect debris into the pan and then lift to contain the waste, unhooking the bag handles to remove the filled bag. Assemble by twisting and tightening the connecting tube as per the included instructions, and store dry to preserve the plastic parts. Consider that very sandy or fine-grain surfaces may allow small particles into the bin, and prolonged exposure to strong sunlight may affect plastic longevity according to the manufacturer. If you encounter any functional issues during use, customer support is available from the seller.
