## Description

This compact indoor hygrometer combines temperature and humidity monitoring with a simple comfort indicator, making it useful for baby rooms, greenhouses and general home use. The ThermoPro model updates readings every 10 seconds according to the manufacturer, so you can quickly see current conditions and respond when humidity or temperature move outside recommended ranges.

## Key Points

The display shows temperature and relative humidity with a face icon comfort indicator that makes interpretation immediate. Its small, black casing is unobtrusive on a shelf or nursery dresser, and the device is light enough to carry when travelling. The indicator uses clear symbols to show whether conditions are comfortable or need attention, which can be helpful when monitoring a baby’s room or a plant environment. The unit includes a fold-out desktop stand, wall-mount option and magnetic backing for flexible placement in basements, offices or greenhouses.

## Technical Specifications

- **Name: ThermoPro TP157-3**
- Temperature range: -50 °C to 70 °C, accuracy ±0.5 °C.
- Humidity range: 10% to 99% RH, accuracy ±2–3% RH according to the manufacturer.
- Update interval: readings refresh every 10 seconds.
- Power: single AAA battery included, battery life approximately 18–24 months.
- Colour: black.

## Benefits

This device offers fast, regular updates so you can detect changes promptly, which is useful for maintaining stable conditions for infants or sensitive plants. The compact size means it fits into incubators, humidifiers or small enclosures with minimal fuss. Additionally, the visual comfort icon reduces the need to interpret numbers at a glance, which is convenient when checking conditions from a distance. Consider that humidity accuracy varies across the full range and very high or low extremes may be less precise.

## Usage Recommendations

Place the hygrometer away from direct heat sources and windows for the most representative readings. Use the magnetic back to attach it to metal shelving in a greenhouse or deploy the tabletop stand on a bedside table in a nursery. For longer-term monitoring compare its readings periodically with another thermometer or hygrometer if exact calibration is required for specialised uses. 😊🌿
