## Description

This Mulberry silk pillowcase offers a soft, breathable surface that helps protect hair and skin during sleep, combining luxury with practical care for nightly rest. Designed to reduce friction and help preserve natural oils, this silk pillowcase for hair and skin promotes smoother strands and can help minimise sleep creases while keeping you cool throughout the night.

## Key Points

The smooth surface of the fabric reduces friction against hair, which may help limit tangling and breakage overnight. For skin, the moisture-wicking nature of mulberry silk can assist with maintaining hydration levels and reduce the likelihood of sleep lines forming. The hidden zipper closure keeps the pillow in place, preventing the cover from sliding off during turning and tossing.

Care instructions suggest placing the pillowcase in a laundry bag for machine washing, or gently hand-washing and allowing it to dry with a little retained moisture to avoid heavy wrinkling. Consider that silk requires gentler handling than cotton; follow the manufacturer guidance for best longevity. 🎁

## Benefits

Sleeping on silk tends to feel cooler to the touch, which helps regulate surface temperature and can be more comfortable in warm bedrooms. The fabric is naturally hypoallergenic and less likely to trap dust mites, according to the manufacturer, offering a cleaner surface for sensitive skin. Because the pillowcase reduces static, hair retains more shine and smoothness overnight, which can reduce the need for morning styling.

The gift-ready box adds presentation value, making it suitable for gifting on special occasions. The lightweight and soft feel contributes to a luxury bedtime routine, while the discreet design keeps the look tidy on the pillow. 😊
