TAIYUNWEI Super Absorbent 100x70cm Microfibre Pet Towels (Set of 2) – fast drying & machine washable
Product description
If you’re forever trying to get a dog (or cat) dried before they cool down, a proper drying towel can make a noticeable difference. The TAIYUNWEI Super Absorbent pet towels are designed to soak up moisture quickly and then dry fast, so bath time feels a bit less like a waiting game.
The key thing to understand is that these are pet towels in the practical sense: they’re made for repeated everyday use, washing, and handling the messy bits that come with bathing. Whether they’re a “must buy” depends on how you bathe your pets and what size towel coverage you need.
The essentials
TAIYUNWEI supplies a set of 2 super-absorbent microfibre pet towels, sized 100 cm x 70 cm. They come as two colour options (blue and grey) and are aimed at drying pets after bathing, helping you towel them off more quickly.
On paper, they’re built around microfibre’s typical strengths: strong moisture uptake and a drying speed that can help you get straight back to using them (or into the next wash). The material blend is 80% polyester and 20% polyamide, which should offer a blend of softness and durability for routine bathing.
What it’s for (and a real-life way it can help)
These towels are positioned as everyday pet bath companions. After a rinse, you’d typically press the towel against fur to lift moisture and reduce dripping, rather than rubbing aggressively. With a larger 100 cm x 70 cm surface, they should cover more of a medium-to-large pet at once, which can make the process feel quicker and a lot less fiddly.
The description also frames them as multipurpose around the home: they can double as a blanket or a warm lying surface for pets in colder weather. That’s a fairly common use case for pet owners, and these towels are at least easy to keep in circulation thanks to the washing-and-drying focus.
What stands out in use
The most convincing angle here is fast drying and super absorbency. If you’ve ever had a towel that stays damp long after the bath, you know how that can slow you down—and in winter, it can feel like the drying step never ends.
A couple of other points from the information given: - They’re described as super soft and suitable for routine pet use. - They’re machine washable (and also described as suitable for hand washing), which matters if you plan to clean towels regularly. - They’re marketed for “dogs, cats and other pets”, so the use case is broad rather than niche.
It’s not perfect in the sense that we don’t have details like whether they’re tumble-dryer safe, how they hold up after repeated washes, or how they compare to thicker grooming towels. Still, for the purpose they’re sold for—drying pets more efficiently—this design choice makes sense.
Key takeaways before you buy
It might not suit you if: - You only need a very small towel for quick spot-drying. - You expect ultra-plush “bathrobe style” thickness (these are microfibre, not heavy cotton). - You need confirmation of specific drying/wash settings beyond “machine washing and drying” being mentioned in the description.
It’s a good fit if you want a set you can rotate, wash, and use again without drama. If you bathe medium-to-large pets, the 100 cm x 70 cm size is more likely to feel practical than smaller towels.

Is it worth it?
Worth considering if you want fast-drying, super-absorbent microfibre towels for routine pet bathing, and you value a larger towel surface for covering more of your pet at once. The set-of-2 approach also makes it easier to keep things hygienic if one towel is in the wash.
You may want to skip it if you’re after a very thick, slow-absorbing towel, or if you need clearer washing/drying instructions than what’s provided. For most everyday pet owners, it’s the sort of practical purchase that tends to pay off over repeated bath sessions—just bear in mind that microfibre is more about absorption and speed than plush luxury.
