## Description

A kids case can make everyday iPad time feel a lot more relaxed, especially when you are juggling drops, bumps and the usual dust and scratch risks. The Surom Kids Case for New iPad 9.7 2018/2017 is built with a protective EVA foam body and a built in screen protector, while keeping access to the main buttons, ports, speakers and cameras. It also has a light weight handle stand design that suits active, classroom or at home use, with a straightforward setup for compatible 9.7 inch iPad models.

If you are buying for a child, the key is simple, protection that does not get in the way of using the tablet. This case uses non toxic EVA foam rubber for shock cushioning, and it is described as offering armour like protection when the iPad drops. There is also a slim profile so the lines of the iPad are followed, which helps it stay practical for bags and daily routines. 😊

## The essentials
This Surom kids case is designed for specific iPad 9.7 models, including the New iPad 2018 Student Edition 9.7 inch tablet, the original 2017 9.7 inch iPad, and listed variants of iPad Air, iPad Air 2 and iPad Pro 9.7. The manufacturer highlights that it is not for any other iPad version, so it is worth checking compatibility before you order. The EVA material is presented as safe to kids and environmentally friendly, which makes it a sensible choice for everyday handling. 👧🧒

A major benefit is the built in screen protector, which is there to help guard against dust and scratches while the tablet is in use. The case also uses cutouts for clear access, so you can reach buttons, ports, speakers and the rear camera without having to remove the cover. For families, that means less time fiddling and more time actually using the iPad for learning, watching or creative activities.

There is also a light weight handle stand element, which can help with viewing angles in common situations like drawing, studying or media time. In day to day use, that kind of stand can be handy because it keeps the tablet steadier than holding it for long periods. 😊

## Tech specs
- Material: premium EVA foam rubber
- Type: kids protective handle stand case
- Screen protection: built in screen protector
- Shockproofing: non toxic EVA foam rubber cushion
- Access: cutouts for buttons, ports, speakers and rear camera
- Design: slim design following the lines of iPad

## Key features
The case is presented as a protective shell with cushioning, made entirely from non toxic EVA foam rubber for shockproof protection. The idea is to create an armour body around the tablet, so it can better handle the bumps that happen when kids are carrying a device around. It also includes a built in screen protector, which adds another layer against dust and scratches. 📱

One practical advantage is full access. The cutouts are described as giving open access to all buttons, ports, speakers, and the rear camera, so normal functions remain usable. That helps maintain the tablet experience rather than turning it into a device you cannot access quickly. The slim design is also mentioned, so the case should not feel overly bulky during everyday use.

It is also important to note that the listing is specific about compatibility. The manufacturer states it is designed for the New iPad 2018 Student Edition 9.7 inch tablet 6th generation with models A1893 and A1954, and the original 5th generation 2017 iPad 9.7 inch with models A1822 and A1823. It also covers iPad Air with models A1474, A1475, A1476, iPad Air 2 with models A1566, A1567, and iPad Pro 9.7. If your iPad is not one of these listed models, it may not fit correctly.

## Who it’s for
It makes sense if you are looking for a protective kids case for a compatible 9.7 inch iPad and you want day to day handling to feel more secure. It suits families, teachers and carers who need a lightweight solution with shock cushioning and a built in screen protector, without blocking access to the device. It may not be a great match if you need a case for a different iPad size or a model outside the listed compatibility set.

Worth considering if your priority is practical protection, quick access to ports and controls, and a handle stand that supports steadier viewing during use. If you want a straightforward kids case for routine learning and entertainment, this Surom option focuses on the essentials described by the manufacturer.
