Subcold Pro4 4L Mini Fridge, Quiet Thermoelectric Cooling, AC & USB

Some compact fridges are chosen mainly for drinks, others need to keep skincare, snacks or a few essentials close at hand. The Subcold Pro4 brings these uses together in a 4L design. Its quiet operation and choice of AC or USB power make it easy to place in a bedroom, office or travel setup.

Key points

Thermoelectric cooling brings the interior to up to 18°C below the surrounding temperature. This makes the Pro4 useful for keeping drinks and personal care products cool, with a straightforward setup for everyday use. It consumes 20W and operates at 28dB, so it can sit in a bedroom or workspace without adding much noise while you sleep, work or relax.

Choose AC or USB power to suit where you plan to use it, whether that is beside a desk at home or as a compact cooler for travel. The unit operates on low voltage (9V) using a power adapter. Inside, a removable shelf and door pocket help separate smaller items from cans, making the limited space easier to organise. The ABS casing and vegan leather handle complete a compact design that can be moved between suitable locations.

Size & fit

With 4L of capacity, the fridge holds up to six cans. That gives you space for a small selection of drinks, skincare or snacks without setting aside room for a full-size fridge. Remove the shelf when you want to arrange the interior differently, and use the door pocket for smaller items you want within easy reach.

Think about what you will store most often when arranging the space: cans make good use of the stated capacity, while creams, serums and beauty tools can be kept together for a simple skincare station. The compact format suits a desk, bedroom or other personal space where convenient access matters more than storing a large amount at once.

Best use cases

For a bedside setup, the 28dB operation keeps noise low while chilled drinks or skincare remain close by. At work, it can sit near a desk to keep a few cans, snacks or personal care items to hand. The shelf and door pocket help keep those contents organised rather than mixed together.

It also works as a dedicated beauty fridge for serums, creams, masks and skincare tools, or as a small cooler for drinks and treats in a bedroom or dorm. For travel or car use, USB power offers an alternative to AC, choose the power option that suits the setting. Compared with a larger fridge intended for household food storage, the Pro4 focuses on a small, personal supply that is easy to keep nearby.

When it makes sense

It makes sense if you want a quiet, personal fridge for a small selection of drinks, snacks or skincare rather than a larger storage unit.
