## Description

## Key Points

This Sour Lemon grey shag rug offers a plush, two-centimetre thick feel that provides a soft place for feet in living rooms or bedrooms. Designed for high traffic areas, it combines comfort with a practical anti slip base to help it stay in place on various floor surfaces. The rug is washable by hand and easy to refresh with a quick shake or light vacuum, making it a straightforward addition to busy homes. 🧵

This large living room rug measures 200 by 290 centimetres, giving generous coverage while remaining usable in family spaces or play areas. Its imitated cashmere look brings a warm, cosy atmosphere to lounges, bedrooms or kids’ rooms, with a texture that is pleasant to touch and gentle on delicate fabrics.

A practical note: the rug ships vacuum packed and may take several days to regain full loft after unpacking. Gentle brushing or a light shake helps restore its fluffy appearance, and routine cleaning with a handheld vacuum keeps the surface inviting. 🧸

## Benefits

The rug’s soft pile creates a cuddly surface that enhances comfort underfoot, whether you are relaxing in the living room or padding through a child’s play area. The low-profile dense backing helps reduce movement on smooth floors, contributing to a safer feel in high-traffic zones. Bold texture and a neutral grey shade allow easy coordination with most colour schemes, helping the space look balanced and calm.

In addition to its visual appeal, this model performs well as a lightweight, easy-care option for families. The rug resists everyday wear and the dense pile provides warmth without being heavy, making it a practical choice for living rooms and bedrooms alike. The texture reads well in photographs and real life, offering a cosy ambience without overpowering the room.

**Brand + model** is positioned as a friendly, durable addition to home interiors, and the anti slip base reduces the risk of shifting during daily activity. The design aims to be welcoming for both adults and children, with a surface that remains comfortable after hours of use.

## Usage Recommendations

Place the rug in living rooms, bedrooms or play areas to create a warm focal point that remains easy to maintain. Avoid machine washing; instead opt for gentle hand cleansing and regular vacuuming to preserve the pile. If the rug becomes flattened after unpacking, a light shake or a brief brush can help restore loft and softness. For high-traffic spaces, rotate the rug periodically to even out wear and keep the texture looking fresh. 🧼

The rug’s large dimensions are suitable for spacious layouts or as a defining centrepiece in open-plan rooms, while its soft texture remains pleasant for bare feet. Consider pairing with a non-slip underlay if additional grip is desired on particularly smooth flooring.
