## Description

## What it is and what it solves
Snopake’s A4 High Capacity Polyfile is a clear, non-punched filing wallet designed to sit inside Ring Binders and Lever-Arch files. It’s built to protect un-punched documents while keeping them accessible and organised in a landscape of everyday paperwork. The wallet supports up to 100 sheets of 80gsm paper, giving you a straightforward way to file reports, invoices or spreads without transferring them to individual sheets.

## How it works
Manufactured from premium polypropylene, the Polyfile offers a reinforced edge for durability and three-sided gussets to keep contents secure. An Electra coloured flap with a press-stud closure provides a simple way to seal the wallet and locate contents quickly. The design is specifically suited to users who want to combine the neatness of a binder with the convenience of a popper wallet that can be added or removed as needed.

## What stands out day to day
On the surface, the wallet’s high capacity and sturdy construction are practical for everyday file management. If you often work with manual re-assembly or need to move bulk documents between lockers and desks, this system reduces the number of loose papers and helps you keep related pages together without punching or binding anew.

## Limitations and caveats
If your needs exceed 100 sheets per wallet, or you require perforated insertion directly into a binder, you may need additional wallets or a different file system. The wallets are designed to work within Ring Binders and Lever-Arch files but do not replace the fundamental function of a full binder with a dedicated spine mechanism.

## Who it’s for
This solution suits office users, home office organisers and students who file un-punched documents but still want quick access and clear visibility. It’s particularly useful for those who prioritise a neat desk setup and straightforward retrieval without heavy manipulation of documents.

## When it makes sense to buy
Consider these wallets if you regularly deal with un-punched documents that you don’t want to commit to permanent binding or punching. They’re handy for archiving reports and correspondence that you expect to reference again, while keeping contents shielded from bending and creasing.

## What to check before you buy
- Ensure your current filing system accepts A4 high capacity polyfiles in its ring binder or lever-arch format.
- Confirm you’re comfortable with a 100-sheet capacity per wallet and that this fits your typical document size and quantity.
- Consider whether you need multiple colours or a single neutral option for quick visual organisation.

## Practical use example
Imagine compiling a weekly project pack: you drop the weekly data sheets into the polyfile, snap the flap shut, and slide it into a ring binder pocket for easy reference during team reviews. If you need to hand over a batch of unpunched documents to a colleague, you can remove the wallet and keep everything together without re-punching.

## What it’s like alongside alternatives
Compared with punched filing or fully bound documents, these wallets offer a lightweight, flexible approach to temporary or semi-permanent filing. They work well when your workflow requires frequent reorganisation or movement between locations, but they won’t replace a dedicated binder if you need index tabs or heavy-duty punch-hole load bearing for frequent handling.

## Decision: Is it worth it?
It makes sense if you prioritise keeping un-punched documents tidy, easily transferable between binders, and protected from damage with a clear view of contents. It’s not the strongest option for heavy daily use where higher sheet counts or more permanent binding are needed. If you value quick access and simple closure, this pack of 5 provides a sensible balance of capacity and practicality.
