What to know
The rug arrives vacuum compressed and may look flattened at first, so allow 2–3 days laid flat for fibres to regain loft. For washing, follow the maker’s guidance to use cold water under 30℃ with mild detergent and air dry flat to preserve pile texture. A practical note, moisture can reduce the grip of the backing, so keep the underside dry to maintain anti‑slip performance.
Usage tips
It’s a good fit if you want a soft, family‑friendly floor covering that balances comfort with easy care. Use it in a nursery or child’s bedroom for a soft play surface, or layer it under a coffee table for added warmth in a living area. If you prioritise maximum non‑slip traction on polished floors, consider pairing the rug with a thin underlay for extra grip, especially in rooms prone to damp.
smiry Rugs Living Room 140x200cm blends plush comfort and practical cleaning, making it useful for everyday family life. Keep the backing dry and follow washing instructions to maintain appearance and safety. 🧼🧶
