## Description

This pair of ice grips converts everyday shoes and boots into slip-resistant footwear for winter walking, running and light mountaineering. The upgraded design combines stainless steel square links with a low-profile rubber cradle to give toe-to-heel traction on ice and packed snow, making movement steadier on slippery paths.

## Key Points

The low-profile ladder pattern improves heel-to-toe grip while keeping the overall fit compact and comfortable. Elastic silicone and a reinforced strap system keep the cleats securely in place without adding bulk, and the design remains flexible enough to slip on and off quickly when conditions change. 🥾

Durability is a priority thanks to rust-resistant stainless steel chains and freezing-proof rubber rated to remain elastic at very low temperatures, according to the manufacturer. These features mean the grips are suitable for varied winter use such as jogging, hiking, ice fishing and clearing snow, and they also work on wet grass and muddy trails. ❄️

Consider that traction devices of this type add a small amount of height and can make walking on smooth indoor floors noisier. They are intended for outdoor surfaces and may not be appropriate for prolonged use on hard indoor surfaces.

## Technical Specifications

- Name: **SHEEFLY Crampons**
- Material: Stainless steel chains, 5mm freezing-proof rubber
- Temperature resilience: Elastic down to -60°F (manufacturer claim)
- Sizes available: M, L, XL
- Included accessories: Storage bag, adjustable straps

## Usage Recommendations

Fit the front silicone cap over the toe of your shoe and stretch the rubber to the heel, then secure with the strap to prevent slippage while moving. For activities that involve quick transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces, carry the storage bag to remove and stow the cleats when entering buildings. 🧭

When using on steep terrain or technical ice, pair these grips with appropriate footwear and poles for added stability. For running, check that the chosen size matches your shoe fit closely to avoid movement during high cadence strides. Also, inspect the chains periodically for wear if used frequently in abrasive conditions, as immediate replacement will maintain effective traction.
