Key features
The pan combines a die-cast aluminium core with a high magnetic conductive stainless steel base, so it heats quickly and distributes warmth evenly across the surface. According to the manufacturer, the base also makes the pan compatible with all cooktops including induction. The stay-cool Bakelite handle gives a safe grip while manoeuvring on the hob and the whole piece is oven safe up to 150°C.
