## Description

This universal replacement remote for Samsung smart TVs from OMAIC lets you control apps and basic TV functions without pairing, offering a familiar layout and four one-touch streaming buttons for quicker access to favourite services. It suits living rooms and bedrooms where a straightforward, immediate remote is needed, and it includes infrared range capable of reaching farther seating positions according to the manufacturer.

## Key Points

The remote reproduces the functions of many Samsung originals, meaning volume, channel, navigation and menu controls work out of the box. Four dedicated shortcut buttons provide instant access to Netflix, Prime Video, Rakuten TV and Disney+, which can speed navigation when watching streaming content. It runs on two standard AAA batteries and requires no programming, so it is ready to use as soon as the batteries are inserted.

This model uses infrared technology with a reported maximum range of 12 metres and a response time under 0.3 seconds, which helps with responsive control during fast channel changes or menu browsing. Note that the Disney button works only on newer Samsung models from 2022 onwards, so compatibility can vary by TV firmware.

## Usage Recommendations

Place the remote in direct line of sight with the TV infrared receiver when using to ensure the best responsiveness, particularly from distances approaching the upper range. If a specific streaming button does not function, try standard navigation via the home menu as the remote otherwise duplicates original control keys. Consider keeping spare AAA batteries nearby because battery life will depend on usage and battery quality.

## Advantages

The remote is simple to use and eliminates the need for complex setup or pairing, which makes it convenient when replacing a lost or broken original. It offers a material construction that feels durable in hand and a compact layout that matches common Samsung control patterns. A 12-month warranty is provided by the manufacturer and support response is noted as typically within eight business hours, according to the seller information.
