## Description

## Key features

The RUIMEN smart watch combines Bluetooth calling and an AI voice assistant with everyday fitness tools, making it straightforward to stay connected and track health on the move. Its 1.85-inch HD display shows clear text and customisable faces, while notifications from apps such as WhatsApp and Instagram keep you informed without reaching for your mobile.

## Tech specs

- Name: RUIMEN Smart Watch for Women Men
- Display: 1.85-inch HD
- Colour: unspecified
- Heart Rate: 24/7 heart rate monitor
- Capacity: supports 100+ sport modes

## Why it makes sense

This smartwatch balances connectivity and health tracking in a compact package. Make and receive calls from your wrist, control music and timers with the AI voice assistant, and glance at app alerts when your phone is tucked away. The device offers continuous SpO2 monitoring and sleep analysis covering deep and light sleep phases, which can help you spot trends over time though it is not a medical device.

## Everyday use

It suits users who want a single wearable for calls, basic health metrics and workouts. The IP68 rating covers washing hands and rainy runs, but avoid seawater and hot showers. It’s a good fit if you value hands-free calling during exercise, and want broad sports tracking without a steep price tag.

## Getting the most from it

Charge the watch regularly and pair it with your mobile to enable notifications and Bluetooth calling. Customise watch faces to prioritise the metrics you check most often. For more accurate sleep and SpO2 readings wear the watch snugly during nights and rest periods.

## Care & maintenance

Clean the band and screen with a soft damp cloth, avoid chemical cleaners and prolonged exposure to hot water, and store the watch away from strong magnets and heat sources.
