## Description

Attached bat wings give this Rubies Skeleton Bat costume its distinctive look, bringing the outfit together for Halloween and fancy dress without needing to assemble separate wings.

The costume is a hooded jumpsuit in soft jersey fabric, with padded detailing for a playful 3D monster effect. It’s designed for children aged 2–6, with this version sized for 3–4 years.

Planning a Halloween party outfit or a dress-up session at home? The bat-inspired design works for both, giving little ones a character to step into for imaginative play.

## Who it’s for

This costume is made for children who enjoy dressing up as something spooky but still playful. Its bat theme suits Halloween parties and fancy dress occasions, and it can also be used for imaginative play at home. The hooded jumpsuit and attached wings make it a coordinated choice for a complete bat-inspired look, rather than an outfit built from separate costume pieces.

The listed size is 3–4 years. Rubies offers sizes 2, 3–4 and 5–6 years across the range, designed to fit toddlers aged 2–6. Use the size guide to help choose the most suitable fit for the child.

## Tech specs

- Size: 3–4 years
- Material: Soft jersey fabric

## Benefits

The attached wings are the defining feature: they make the bat theme clear as part of the jumpsuit, helping create a recognisable costume in one coordinated outfit. The hood adds to the character, while the padded detailing gives the design extra dimension.

Soft jersey fabric makes the costume suitable for parties and playful dress-up, where children can move between activities in a themed outfit. For a Halloween event, the bat design offers a fun alternative to a standard character costume, at home, it gives imaginative games a ready-made dress-up idea. The same outfit can serve both occasions, so it’s useful beyond a single party.
