## Description

This 3/4-length orthotic insole from RooRuns brings targeted arch support and heel cushioning for people experiencing flat feet, plantar fasciitis and general foot fatigue. Designed to fit inside most shoes, these inserts aim to relieve arch and heel discomfort while keeping the foot cooler with sweat-wicking materials.

## Key Points

The insole combines a rigid but flexible arch support with variable cushioning to deliver focused pressure relief under the arch and heel. The slim, tapered edge helps the insert sit comfortably in sneakers, work shoes and casual footwear without taking up excess space. Available in a medium size covering UK 6 to 9.5, the pair is suitable for men and women who need extra support without a full-length insert. Consider that those needing a customised orthotic prescription should consult a specialist, and that the medium size fits a limited range according to the packaging.

## Technical Specifications

- **Name: RooRuns 3/4 High Arch Support Insoles**
- Material: EVA foam with double-layer cushioning and microfibre top layer.
- Length type: 3/4 insole, slim tapered edge design.
- Size: Medium, fits UK 6–9.5 (men and women).
- Colour: Deep blue.
- Intended issues: flat feet, plantar fasciitis, overpronation, heel and arch pain.

## Benefits

The double-layer cushioning provides a balance between softness and structural support, which can reduce impact on the heel during walking and standing. The sweat-absorbent microfibre surface reduces heat and friction, helping feet feel fresher during long shifts or workouts. The 3/4 length preserves toe space while still supporting the midfoot and rearfoot, so shoes maintain a natural fit and gait.

## Usage Recommendations

Trim to size if necessary and place the insert with the microfibre side up so the arch sits beneath the midfoot. Start by wearing the inserts for short periods to allow your feet to adapt, then increase duration gradually. For sports or heavy-duty work use, check that the insole sits flat inside the shoe and does not cause pressure points around the toes or heel. According to the manufacturer, these insoles offer general support and cushioning rather than a bespoke clinical correction.
