## Description

## The essentials
If you regularly handle hot fuel, coals, or kitchen heat hazards, RAPICCA Fireplace Gloves can help you work with more confidence. These fire heat resistant gloves are built for high temperature situations, with protection that supports steady handling around a fire pit, wood stove, or BBQ grill 🔥. They also feature a soft sweat absorbent cotton lining to improve comfort when you are gripping warm tools for longer stretches.

The gloves come as a grey, extra long 16 inch style, which matters because it extends coverage beyond the typical hand-only protection. That extra length can help reduce how much heat and debris reach your forearms during tasks like lighting fires, moving logs, or attending to hot cookware. According to the manufacturer, the gloves are rated for extreme temperatures up to 662°F, which is a key detail when you want heat resistance rather than general protection.

## Key features
With **RAPICCA Fireplace Gloves**, you get a combination of heat resistant leather construction and reinforced design points aimed at heavy use. The thumb area uses a double layer reinforced wing thumb design, which can support durability where gloves often wear faster. The gloves also include a leather hanging loop, making it easier to store them neatly between uses.

Materials are a big part of the build here. The gloves are made from thick, soft shoulder split natural cowhide leather, and the manufacturer states it is heat resistant, oil resistant, puncture resistant, fire resistant and cut resistant. That range of properties is useful when you are working near hot surfaces that may be dirty or abrasive, such as grilling, welding jobs, or outdoor fire tasks.

Comfort and day to day feel also receive attention. The inside has a 100% soft sweat absorbent cotton lining, designed to add softness and heat resistance when you are wearing the gloves. If you are spending time around wood, coal, or hot ovens, that lining can make the gloves more practical than stiff alternatives 😊.

## Who it’s for
It’s a good fit if you want reliable heat resistant hand protection for fireplace and grill work, like gripping burning coal or wood, handling hot oven cookware, or tending a campfire. It makes sense if you also do jobs where sparks or hot debris can come into contact with your hands, such as certain welding or forge related tasks. You may want to consider these gloves for home and outdoor use, including cooking, gardening tasks like pruning, and general camping handling around heat and hot tools.

It might not be a great match if your work requires a very specific fit beyond one size. It also helps to keep expectations realistic, these gloves are about protection and comfort rather than giving you control over every heat hazard in any situation. For best results, always follow safe handling practices around open flames and hot surfaces, and allow hot items to stabilise before moving them.
