## Description

## Highlights

This compact 2-hole punch combines everyday practicality with built-in antibacterial protection, making it suitable for busy offices and shared workspaces. The main benefit is consistent, reliable punching thanks to steel working parts housed in a durable ABS casing with Germ-Savvy antibacterial protection, which helps reduce surface bacteria according to the manufacturer. If you need a straightforward punch for regular filing, this model handles routine tasks without fuss.

## Tech specs

- Material: Steel working parts, ABS casing

## Why it makes sense

The RAPESCO PF827PB2 balances durability and simple maintenance. The steel cutters deliver clean, repeatable holes while the ABS shell keeps weight down and resists knocks. There is a small limitation to note, it is designed for standard 80 g/m² paper so thicker stacks or coated stock will reduce the sheet capacity and might need separate testing. The rubber base improves stability on desktop surfaces and helps prevent slipping during use.

## Everyday use

A quick open-and-empty confetti tray keeps debris collection tidy and reduces downtime when you need continuous punching. The handle lock makes storage neater, and the adjustable paper guide ensures consistent hole placement across different paper sizes. It’s a good fit if you want a durable two-hole punch that stays tidy in shared environments, and you’ll like it if antibacterial surface protection matters in high-touch areas.

## Care & maintenance

Wipe the ABS casing with a damp cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners to protect the Germ-Savvy surface. Empty the confetti tray regularly to prevent jams and prolong the life of the cutters. Occasional light oil on the pivot points will keep the mechanism operating smoothly.
