## Description

The Rapesco 1553 expanding box file is a practical organiser for A4+ paperwork, offering secure storage and easy transport for home, school or office use. It combines a hinged lid with a push-lock clasp and an ergonomic carry handle to keep documents safe when moving between locations, while the linen-textured blue finish gives a smart, unobtrusive look.

## Key features

This organiser provides 19 concertina sections that separate documents neatly, ideal when you need to keep invoices, receipts, project notes or C4 envelopes in order. The file is supplied with a sheet of plain index labels so you can personalise tabs at a glance. It stands upright on its rigid fibreboard body, so it sits neatly on a shelf or under a desk and expands to accommodate thicker stacks as needed.

## Specifications

- Name: Rapesco 1553 19-Part Expanding Box File Document Organiser
- Size: A4+
- Capacity: 19
- Dimensions: 388 mm x 120 mm x 250 mm
- Material: Rigid fibreboard
- Colour: Blue

## How to use it

Keep like items together by assigning a tab to each section, for example bills, receipts and project drafts. If you work on multiple briefs, use alternating tabs to speed retrieval. It’s a good fit if you need a compact, portable system that still holds documents flat and protected. You may want to skip it if you need a waterproof or locking cabinet, as this is designed for organised transport and storage rather than high security.

## Care & maintenance

Wipe the linen-textured surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to preserve the finish. Ten in mind that heavy wet items will affect the fibreboard over time, so keep contents dry and avoid overfilling the sections.
