Why it’s worth it
The unit offers 16 colours and four dynamic modes which let you switch from a subtle sunrise hue to a vivid sunset wash in seconds. The built-in 10W LED is brighter than many novelty lights, and according to the manufacturer it has a longer lifespan than standard lamp beads. The aluminium construction feels solid, and the finish resists corrosion so the lamp should stay looking neat with minimal care.
How to use it
Position the lamp near a blank wall or ceiling and use the flexible arm to fine tune the beam. The device supports 180° flip and 360° rotation, so you can sculpt the projection for photos or relaxed evenings. There is app control for timers and dimming, which means you can set a gentle wake up sequence rather than a sudden alarm. It’s handy for creating themed scenes for parties or for creating calm light before bed.
Fit and decision
It’s a good fit if you want an inexpensive way to add ambient colour to a room and value adjustable angles and app control. You may want to skip it if you need precise colour calibration or professional lighting equipment.
Care tips
Wipe the aluminium body with a soft, dry cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners. Use a stable USB supply as recommended by the retailer to ensure consistent brightness and to protect the LED life.
