## Description

## Highlights

These 3/4 thin insoles aim to ease foot and heel pain with targeted arch support that reduces strain when you stand, walk or run. If you suffer from plantar fasciitis or general fatigue from long hours on your feet, these insoles for plantar fasciitis provide extra stability and cushioning from the first steps. Start wearing them for a few hours daily and increase wear time gradually to adapt to the higher arch.

## Tech specs

- Reference: **QBK Arch Support Insoles**
- Format: 3/4 thin insoles
- Dimensions: arch support 35 mm
- What’s included: one pair of unisex insoles

## Who it’s for

**It’s a good fit if** you need stronger arch support to relieve heel pain and want an insert that fits trainers, work shoes and boots alike. These insoles suit people with flat feet or high arches who stand for long spells and need reduced pressure and improved balance. 👟

**It’s not for you if** you require a full-length orthotic tailored by a clinician or if you cannot tolerate an increased arch height after a month of gradual use. Some users may need a professional assessment if pain persists.

## What stands out

The ergonomic design combines a **deep heel cup** with firm arch reinforcement to disperse pressure across the foot rather than concentrate it at the heel. The foam and gel construction offers cushioning that helps absorb impact and reduces foot fatigue on hard surfaces. If you prioritise comfort for daily walking, these insoles give noticeable support, and if you prefer minimal shaping, they may feel firmer at first. 😊

## Usage tips

Insert the insoles directly without trimming for most shoe types. Begin with two to three hours daily and add an hour each day to let your feet adapt. If the insoles cause persistent discomfort after a month, contact the seller for replacement or refund as described in the product notes. Keep trainers and work shoes ventilated to prolong the material life. 🩺
