## Description

These insulated crimping tools from Preciva bundle a ratcheting crimper and a comprehensive set of terminals for everyday electrical wiring and vehicle repairs. The tool works across three insulated terminal ranges and aims to speed up routine connections while keeping crimps consistent and reliable.

## Key features

The kit covers insulated terminal sizes 0.5–1.5 mm², 1.5–2.5 mm² and 4–6 mm² which correspond to A.W.G. 20–10. That range makes it practical for small wiring jobs around the home, in cars, vans and on motorbikes. The colour‑coded terminals match the jaw cues on the crimper so you can identify the correct size quickly. Two of the kit’s practical benefits are reduced guesswork when selecting terminals and a firmer crimp, according to the manufacturer.

## Technical details

- Name: Insulated Crimping Tools
- Type: Ratcheting crimper kit
- Capacity: 370pcs terminals
- Material: Hardened alloy steel
- Size: 0.5-1.5 mm², 1.5-2.5 mm², 4-6 mm²

## Why it makes sense

The crimper’s hardened alloy steel construction and a redesigned square jaw profile are intended to give a closer fit to terminals and reduce gaps seen with half‑arc jaws. That design choice improves contact and produces a more solid, uniform crimp. Expect less hand fatigue because the ratcheting mechanism locks down and releases only when a full crimp cycle is complete, saving effort on repeated jobs.

## Best use cases

This Preciva set is useful for electrical wiring repair, automotive wiring tasks and routine maintenance on light vehicles. You’ll like it if you need a straightforward kit that combines a crimping tool with a broad selection of terminals. Ten minutes of familiarisation clears up most small quirks, though keep in mind very heavy gauge or specialised terminals lie outside the stated range.

## What’s included

The pack contains the ratcheting insulated crimping tool plus 370 assorted insulated terminals in ring, bullet and spade types, organised by colour for quick matching.
