## Description

## Key points

This POOTACK lumbar support cushion is a memory foam back support designed to ease discomfort from prolonged sitting, whether at a desk, in a car, or on a recliner. It aims to maintain natural spine curvature while you work or travel, offering balanced firmness that the manufacturer says retains its shape over time. The removable mesh cover helps breathability through long shifts and drives, and the adjustable double straps keep the cushion stable on most seats.

## Specifications

- Name: POOTACK Lumbar Support Cushion
- Material: Memory Foam
- Colour: Mesh cover as supplied
- Size: Standard lumbar profile
- Weight: Not specified

## Pros

The cushion’s contoured design targets upper, middle and lower back regions, which can reduce pressure points when sitting for hours. The high density memory foam moulds to your back for personalised support, and according to the product notes it resists flattening, so you can expect more consistent comfort than a generic pad. The machine-washable mesh cover is a practical touch, making upkeep straightforward and preserving breathability across seasons. The double-strap system is wide and adjustable, which helps prevent the cushion from sliding on office chairs, car seats or recliners.

## How to use it

Fasten the straps around the seat back at a height that aligns the cushion with your lumbar curve, then sit back and adjust until your lower back feels supported. If you spend long periods driving or at a desk, take short posture checks to ensure the cushion remains correctly positioned. It’s a good fit if you want discreet, daily lumbar support without bulky hardware, and worth considering if you prefer a breathable cover that you can remove and wash. Ten in mind that precise fit depends on your chair shape and seat thickness.
