## Description

This single-panel grey blackout curtain brings practical darkening and thermal control to windows and single doors, helping to create a restful bedroom or a cosy living room. This blackout curtain for bedroom use blocks a high proportion of daylight while offering a neat eyelet finish that slips easily onto standard curtain poles.

## Key Points

The fabric uses triple-weave technology to block between 85% and 95% of sunlight and UV rays, with darker shades achieving the higher end of that range. The eyelet top fits poles up to 1.5 inches in diameter and moves smoothly for everyday operation, making it a straightforward choice for busy homes. 👶🛏️

Consider that the panel is sold individually, so you may need two panels for wider windows. Also, the blackout effect is stated by the manufacturer and will vary slightly with colour and light conditions.

## Usage Recommendations

Hang the panel a few centimetres above the window frame to reduce light leakage and improve thermal performance. For doors, allow the curtain to overlap the frame slightly to limit drafts. Machine wash below 30°C to remove creases, and use steaming for quicker smoothing if needed. The fabric meets OEKO-TEX standards which helps when choosing textiles for children's rooms. 🧼
