## Description

This pair of black-out curtains brings temperature control and light reduction to living rooms or children's bedrooms, helping create darker, quieter spaces for rest or screen use. These blackout thermal insulated curtains use a triple-weave fabric to balance room temperature and block much of the incoming light, making them useful during daytime naps and late-night films.

## Key Points

The set includes two panels, each measuring 37 inches wide by 63 inches long from the top of the eyelet, ready to hang straight from a curtain rod. The dark colour enhances the shading effect and helps protect furnishings from UV exposure according to the manufacturer. Installation is straightforward thanks to six silver eyelets per panel which glide on most rods with a diameter up to 1.5 inches. 🏠

Noise reduction is noticeable but not total; these curtains provide light sound dampening alongside privacy, which can improve sleep quality in busy homes. The fabric aims to block approximately **85-95% light blockage** depending on the colour and mounting density, so for fuller coverage you may prefer to allow some overlap or choose wider panels. 🌙

## Technical Specifications

- Name: **PONY DANCE Black Blackout Thermal Insulated Curtains, 2 Panels**
- Size per panel: 37 inches (width) x 63 inches (length)
- Material: **100% polyester**
- Eyelets: 6 silver grommets per panel, inner diameter 1.6 inches, fits curtain rods up to 1.5 inches
- Fabric technology: triple-weave black-out thermal for light and UV reduction

## Usage Recommendations

Hang the panels so that the total width equals 1.5 to 2.6 times the curtain pole width for optimal fullness and improved shading. For bedroom blackout performance, place the rod slightly in front of the window frame to reduce light leaking at the edges. The panels are machine washable in cold water and can be tumble dried on low, which keeps maintenance simple and avoids the need for professional cleaning.

Consider that darker colours tend to perform better at blocking light according to the manufacturer, and while the triple-weave fabric improves insulation and reduces glare, it will not eliminate external noise entirely. If maximum noise reduction is required, combine these curtains with heavier liners or additional acoustic measures.
