How to use it

Prepare the saline solution by mixing one sachet into 250 ml of water at about 37 °C according to the manufacturer. Insert the tip gently into one nostril, breathe through the mouth and squeeze the bottle to start the flow, then release to stop. Repeat so each nostril receives half the solution. Do not use unsterilised tap water unless it has been boiled and cooled or use microfiltered water. Each device is for single user only and must be cleaned after use.
