## Description

## At a glance
This compact PhysKcal dumbbell set brings a simple way to add resistance to home workouts, physiotherapy and Pilates. The kit pairs 1kg, 1.5kg and 2kg neoprene-coated hand weights with a rotatable ABS storage rack for tidy storage and easy access during training. It suits short cardio sessions as well as light strength work, and is presented in colours that look neater than basic metal plates.

## Tech specs
- Name: PhysKcal Dumbbells Set with Storage Rack
- Type: Hand weights
- Material: Cast iron core with neoprene coating
- Format: Pair set with rack
- Size: 1kg, 1.5kg, 2kg
- Weight: See individual dumbbell values

## Benefits
The neoprene coating gives a soft touch that helps prevent callouses and adds grip even when hands get sweaty, which reduces slips and accidental drops. According to the manufacturer the cast iron cores are balanced and odourless, and the outer finish resists cracking or fading. The rack rotates so you can tuck the set away in a narrow corner or swing it out for quick reach, making it easy to keep a clear floor for bodyweight moves.

## Usage tips
Start by adding the lightest pair into familiar exercises such as lunges, shoulder raises and beginner Pilates moves, then progress through the heavier pairs as your form improves. It’s worth placing the rack on a mat to protect floors despite the soft coating. It’s a good fit if you want compact, low‑impact resistance without large bulky equipment, and it makes sense if you need quick storage and clean aesthetics.

## What’s included
The pack contains three pairs of neoprene dumbbells and a rotatable ABS plastic storage rack. The dumbbells are easy to wipe clean and store away after a session.
